The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) report that more than 700,000 patients are hospitalized each year after a fall. Increase your knowledge about medications that can contribute to this risk. Engage in discussion about specific medications and their side effects, as well as identify strategies to prevent falls at home.
