Stanford Movement Disorder Fellow to talk about PD medications in Palo Alto, March14

text_image.img.320.highElena Call, MD, a movement disorder fellow at Stanford, will be talking about currently available Parkinson’s medications and what’s in the pipeline at the Palo Alto Young Onset Parkinson’s Support Group meeting on Tuesday, March 14th, 6:30-8pm.  The meeting is held in the Boardroom at the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital.  This event is free and open to those diagnosed with PD by age 50 or younger, and their family members.  An RSVP 24 hours in advance is required to the group leader, Martha Gardner.

Dr. Call is a fellow in the Stanford Movement Disorders Center.  This is indepth training in Parkinson’s Disease and other movement disorders.  She attended medical school at Stanford School of Medicine and completed her a year of residency in Neurology at Stanford Hospital.
