Master Dance for PD Class with David Leventhal at Stanford, Friday, April 28th

gracephotoJoin David Leventhal, Director, Dance for PD, as he leads a master class of Dance for PD. The class will be held at the  Roble Dance Studio 113, 375 Santa Teresa St., Stanford, CA 94305, from 1:30-2:45pm on Friday, April 28th.

Parking is available at the nearby Roble Field Garage , 320 Panama St., Stanford, CA 94305.

This event is free, but registration is required as space is limited. For more information, or to register, please call 650-721-8500.

This class is based on the innovative Dance for PD program designed by the Mark Morris Dance Group and the Brooklyn Parkinson Group. Dancing in chairs, at a barre, or standing. experienced teacher artists lead participants in an enjoyable blend of modern dance, ballet, and social dancing.

Please note that Mr. Leventhal will also be participating in the Medicine and the Muse: An Arts, Humanities and Medicine Symposium: Kinetic: Medicine in Motion on Thursday, April 27th at 5:30PM at Li Ka Shing Center Berg Hall, Stanford School of Medicine, 291 Campus Dr., Stanford, CA 94305.
