Laurice Yang, MD, a movement disorder specialist at Stanford, will be discussing deep brain stimulation surgery (DBS) for Parkinson’s Disease at the Willow Glen Parkinson’s Support Group meeting in San Jose on Friday, August 4th, from 10am to noon. This event is free and open to the public. No need to RSVP.
While her talk will focus on DBS, if time allows she will answer audience questions on other PD-related topics.
As a movement disorder specialist, Dr. Yang specializes in the diagnosis of movement disorders including Parkinson’s disease, atypical parkinsonian disorders, Essential Tremor, and Huntington’s disease.
