Driving Rehabilitation session scheduled on Tuesday, April 24, 10:30-11:30 am, Stanford

This driving rehabilitation session will discuss the topics of the aging driver and requirements by the California DMV if a driver has had a change in medical status (such as being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease), suspended license or let his or her license expire  The session will be held at the Stanford Neuroscience Health Center.  The program is free but advance registration is required.

Resources will be available including those for individuals who may be interested in modified hand controls and ideas about wheelchair vans.

Leading the program will be Julie Muccini, MS, OTR/L Clinical Specialist at Stanford’s Neurologic Outpatient Rehabilitation Program.
