Key informant interviews with patients and their caregivers, and the home health care team will help to better understand how to manage and coordinate care for patients with Parkinson’s disease. If you are a patient with Parkinson’s disease, you may be eligible to participate in this study.

Eligibility Criteria:

Adults age 50 and older with Parkinson’s disease receiving home health care, but not in hospice, and their caregivers o Speak and write English

The study will consist of one-on-one interviews lasting up to 90 minutes. At least one and up to two interviews may be completed. Your participation is completely voluntary and you may stop the interview at any time.

If you think you might be interested in participating in this study, please call Nancy Dudley at 650-575-3440 or email her at nancy_dudley@yahoo.com to see if you are eligible.
