Register Now for the Parkinson’s Foundation Care Partner Summit in Union City, CA, November 4, 9:30am-2pm PT

The Parkinson’s Foundation is hosting a Care Partner Summit in Union City, CA, on November 4th from 9:30a-2pm. Care Partner Summits bring care partners together with resources to make life better for themselves and their loved one with Parkinson’s disease.

This year’s Summit focuses on how to communicate through difficult topics and find supportive connections. There is no charge to attend, but registration is required and space is limited.

Location: Holly Community Center, 31600 Alvarado Boulevard, Union City, CA 94587.
Parking is plentiful and free.
