The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) and Columbia University are inviting people with PD, care partners, and family members to take part in a 16-question survey that will help shape the development of accessible and meaningful nutrition-focused resources for the PD community.

By sharing your perspective about how PD impacts eating habits, you’ll play an important role in creating resources that will support the health and well-being of people living with PD. The survey will remain open until May 1, 2026, and will take you just 5-10 minutes to complete. You first need to e-sign a consent form.
