Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, in collaboration with the American Parkinson’s Disease Association (APDA), and other national organizations and industry groups, is conducting a study that seeks to capture the financial costs associated with Parkinson’s disease in the United States. An important component of this study is a survey to patients and families to learn more about the economic impact of the disease. Your feedback (de-identified and anonymized) is crucial.
