Kathleen Poston, MD, a movement disorder specialist at Stanford, will be talking about “Mind, Memory, & Mood” at the Palo Alto Parkinson’s Support Group meeting on Wednesday, November 9th, 2-3:30pm, at Avenidas. She will provide an overview of the cognitive domains, and indicate which are problematic in Parkinson’s. Dr. Poston will define “dementia” in the context of Parkinson’s Disease Dementia or Lewy Body Dementia. And she will describe the common mood symptoms in PD. This event is free and open to the public. No need to RSVP.
