Only a few Northern and Central California Parkinson’s support groups have guest speakers or programs planned for December 2016.  (Most don’t meet or have holiday parties instead.)  Here’s what’s happening at a support group near you…

Half Moon Bay
Thursday, 12/1, 3-4pm
Guest Speakers:  Assistants of Evaldo dal Poggetto, voice coach and
retired opera singer
Topic:  Voice coaching

San Jose/Willow Glen
Friday, 12/2, 10am-noon (program starts about 10:20am)
Program:  Two separate discussion groups of those with Parkinson’s and
caregivers

Placerville
Tuesday, 12/6, 1:30-3pm
Program:  Discussion topic – updating your home for safety (plus some
holiday celebration)
RSVP?:  No.

San Francisco Young Onset PD
Tuesday, 12/6, 6:30-8pm
Guest Speaker:  Paul Larson, MD, neurosurgeon, UCSF Neurosurgery
Topic:  Gene therapy study

Lakeport
Monday, 12/12, 2-3:30pm
