Qi Gong and Parkinson’s Exercise Classes begin August 2nd, 3rd at Stanford’s Neuroscience Health Center
Two new classes will be offered beginning in early August in the Wellness Room 1511, Stanford Neuroscience Health Center. Qi Gong for Vitality, offered every Wednesday from 1:00-2:00 PM, begins on August 2nd and welcomes walk ins. Parkinson’s Exercise Class, offered every Thursday from 2:00-3:00 PM, and again from 3:00-4:00PM begins on August 3rd and requires pre-registration. All classes are free.

Laurice Yang, MD, a movement disorder specialist at Stanford, will be discussing deep brain stimulation surgery (DBS) for Parkinson’s Disease at the Willow Glen Parkinson’s Support Group meeting in San Jose on Friday, August 4th, from 10am to noon.
