The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) and Access Coalition are co-hosting a webinar on making community spaces more accessible and welcoming for people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and others with disabilities.  Learn about learn about Access Coalition’s new resources for inclusive design.  And hear from a panel about how accessible design can support independence.  The speakers will share tips for ways people with PD can use their personal experiences and stories to advocate for positive changes in their communities and public spaces. 

“Thriving Through Mindfulness” is a FREE four-week virtual workshop offered by the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA). People living with Parkinson’s disease (YOPD) and their care partners are invited to participate.

The Redding Parkinson’s Support Group is organizing a Parkinson’s conference for April 11, 2025, 9am to 4pm.  The event will be held at the Gaia Hotel, Anderson, CA.  There is a small charge to attend.
