Stepping On is an evidence-based program for older adults who have fallen or are at risk of falling. The program looks at falls and fall risks, safe footwear, vision, home and community safety, medication management and bone health. Exercises are introduced in class by a physical therapist and focus on strength and balance. Stepping On meets for 7 sessions for 2-hours each, and starts on Thursday, April 11, 2019. Read more..
